Many homeowners know their house has more potential. The difficult part is knowing where to begin and what actually makes sense for the house, everyday life and the budget.
We gather the initial information about the home, your ambitions and public data so the architectural assessment can begin from a calmer, clearer place.

In both tracks, the work begins by gathering what already exists: data, material, experience, ambitions, questions and uncertainties. Only then does it make sense to discuss a solution.
AI can collect, structure and flag uncertainty. The architect must still assess the consequences, quality and responsibility.
