Knowledge
Base

Here we share what we know about buildings, materials and renovation, so you can understand terms, sources and choices before a concrete project. Use it freely.

How to use the knowledge base

Knowledge is a better starting point, not a final decision.

The knowledge base connects municipalities, materials, concepts, articles, homeowner guides and AI pages so people and agents can follow relationships across building questions. A page about BBR, damp, local plans or LCA should help you ask better questions before drawings, tenders or major decisions.

When the topic concerns a specific home, public data and general explanations must be read with care. They can point to opportunities and risks, but they cannot alone judge place, proportion, construction, materials, authority constraints or everyday life in the house.

Each page therefore keeps limitations visible and links onward to related topics, so the knowledge base can be read as a connected graph rather than isolated definitions.
